1) Your product will be shipped in 2 to 3 business days.
2) Our standard shipping takes 10 to 15 business days for delivery from the date you made order, in rare cases, it could take few days extra depending on your location and sometimes due to holidays.
We try our best to meet your expectations perfectly through the products that we offer.
However, considering the fragility of our items, there may be times when you may receive the
item you have ordered, in a damaged condition. In such cases we take full responsibility to replace the item you just need to

The return shipping charges have to be given by the buyers.
It is quite tough a task to choose the right piece of jewellery. There may be times when you may have changed your mind about the item after purchasing the same so you can request a cancellation: within 2 days of placing the order. The amount you paid would be returned within 2 working days.
In case you are not completely satisfied with the item you have purchased, here is what you can do:
Return the item in exchange for another
Here are the steps you may have to follow in order to initiate a process to return the item you have received from us:
Step #1 - Informing Us
First thing you need to do is inform us why you want to return the item that you have received from us within 2 days of delivery
To do so, you can either give us a call or
send us an email.
Step #2 – Getting Ready to Return
You will have to return the item within 15 days of receiving the same. While doing so, you must assure
that the item is unused and untampered with. It should be returned in the same condition as you had
received it, with the original packaging intact. Make sure, you have the invoice copy that you received
along with the item.
Step #3 – Shipping the item back to us
The shipping costs will be borne by us only if there is some damage in the item that has been sent to
you. In any other case you will have to take care of the shipping costs.
Step #4 – Waiting for the Exchange Item
After inspecting the item that you have returned to us, we will arrange for the exchange It will take about 15 days for you to get the exchange item after we receive your returned item.
